Service Delivery Policy

Effective date: September 7, 2026

Transportation fulfillment

Services are fulfilled according to the route, cargo information, schedule, equipment requirements, access instructions, and terms stated in the applicable quote, rate confirmation, invoice, or agreement.

Scheduling

Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Traffic, weather, facility delays, mechanical conditions, inspections, road restrictions, emergencies, and events beyond reasonable control may affect timing.

Client requirements

Clients are responsible for accurate cargo descriptions, lawful contents, appropriate packaging, complete facility information, and timely access. Material differences may require revised pricing, equipment, timing, or cancellation.

Communication

Status updates are supplied through the communication method agreed before service. Completion documentation, including proof of delivery where applicable and available, is provided after service closeout.
