Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to DOUMI TRUCKING LLC’s website and services. By requesting service, approving a quote, tendering freight, accepting a proposal, or making payment, you agree to these Terms and any applicable written agreement.

1. Services

We provide commercial trucking, freight transportation, and logistics coordination. Each engagement is subject to availability and the written scope, price, schedule, assumptions, and responsibilities established through a quote, rate confirmation, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Regulatory limitations

Services are offered only where the company, assigned vehicle, driver, cargo, equipment, insurance, and route satisfy applicable requirements. We may refuse unsafe, prohibited, undisclosed, misclassified, or improperly packaged cargo.

3. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate cargo type, quantity, weight, dimensions, value, handling requirements, locations, access information, and regulated characteristics. The client represents that it is authorized to tender the freight.

4. Pricing and payment

Unless stated otherwise, charges are denominated in U.S. dollars. Payment may be required in advance, by deposit, upon delivery, or on approved credit terms. Disclosed charges may apply for detention, layover, extra stops, storage, tolls, permits, loading assistance, route changes, or inaccurate shipment details.

5. Scheduling and delays

Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Traffic, weather, facility congestion, inspections, mechanical conditions, emergencies, and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing.

6. Third parties

Qualified carriers, contractors, repair facilities, software providers, or vendors may support an engagement. Independent third-party terms may apply.

7. No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee uninterrupted transit or business outcomes. Liability for cargo loss, damage, or delay may be governed by applicable law, shipping documents, declared value, insurance, and the controlling agreement.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our website or services for fraud, unlawful conduct, prohibited cargo, rights infringement, or malicious activity.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any controlling written agreement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without limiting mandatory protections. They may be updated prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
